Welcome to Jewelslly. By accessing our website, directory search, or listing catalogues, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions of Service.

1. Directory and Discovery Scope

Jewelslly operates strictly as an information discovery portal. We connect jewelry brands and buyers directly with manufacturers in Jaipur. We are NOT transaction brokers. All negotiation, payment transactions, quality checks, customs clearances, and shipping logistics occur directly between the buyer and the seller.

2. Zero-Commission Trade

We do not charge commissions on B2B orders or factory runs. The prices listed on our platform are set directly by the suppliers. Buyers are advised to negotiate sample batches, bulk discounts, and shipping costs directly on WhatsApp or email.

3. Supplier Representation

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their catalog listings, product descriptions, pricing, certification, and image permissions. Listings depicting copyrighted designs or infringing upon intellectual property are subject to immediate removal by administrators.

4. Limitation of Liability

Jewelslly is not liable for trade disputes, production delays, cargo losses, quality mismatches, or payments made directly to suppliers. Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct due diligence, order sample batches, and use secure international payment methods (e.g. Bank Transfer, Wise, PayPal).

5. Abuse and Spam Protection

Sending spam queries, bulk scraping product directories, or misrepresenting business identities is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent IP bans.
